一、組織介紹｜Introduction
歡迎蒞臨金門國際青年商會！
金門位於台灣海峽西側，是一座融合歷史記憶與現代發展的島嶼。從戰地前線轉型為和平交流的重要節點，金門以其獨特的閩南文化、戰地遺跡與深厚的人文底蘊，展現出堅韌與包容的島嶼精神。
金門國際青年商會成立於1993年，秉持「訓練今日領袖、成就明日社會」的宗旨，致力於提供18至40歲青年在商業發展、個人成長、社區參與及國際交流四大領域的發展平台，培育具備行動力與影響力的青年領袖。
我們相信，青年不只是未來，更是現在改變世界的力量。
Welcome to Junior Chamber International Kinmen!
Kinmen, located off the western coast of Taiwan, is an island where history meets modern development. Once a military frontline, it has transformed into a bridge for peace and exchange, showcasing unique Minnan culture, historical heritage, and a resilient local spirit.
Established in 1993, JCI Kinmen is dedicated to empowering young people aged 18 to 40 by providing opportunities in four key areas: business, individual development, community service, and international affairs.
We believe that young people are not only the future — they are the driving force of change today.
二、歷史沿革｜History
金門國際青年商會成立於1993年12月5日，為國際青年商會中華民國總會第182個分會、南三區第9個分會，亦為金門地區解嚴後首個成立的國際性社團，象徵青商精神由台灣本島拓展至離島的重要里程碑。
本會依循國際青年商會（Junior Chamber International, JCI）宗旨成立，致力於培育青年領導人才，並提供多元學習與實踐機會。
創立初期由高雄市西子灣國際青年商會輔導成立，並與台中文化城國際青年商會、台南金城國際青年商會等分會建立兄弟會及盟誼友好體系，奠定穩固交流基礎。
長期以來，本會積極推動國內外青年交流，與廈門、泉州等地區保持良好互動，持續促進文化交流與友誼連結。
三十年來，金門青商深耕在地、放眼國際，持續打造青年成長與實踐的舞台。
JCI Kinmen was established on December 5, 1993, as the 182nd chapter of JCI Taiwan and the 9th chamber in the 3th of Southern District. It was also the first international organization founded in Kinmen following the lifting of martial law, marking a significant milestone in extending the JCI network from Taiwan’s main island to its offshore regions.
Guided by the mission of Junior Chamber International (JCI), the chapter is committed to developing young active citizens by providing diverse opportunities for leadership development, personal growth, and community engagement.
In its early years, JCI Kinmen was established under the guidance of JCI Kaohsiung Sizihwan (Kaohsiung), and built strong partnerships with sister chapters, including JCI Culture City (Taichung) and JCI Jincheng (Tainan), forming a solid foundation for long-term collaboration and exchange.
Over the years, the chapter has actively fostered both domestic and international engagement, maintaining close ties with regions such as Xiamen, and Quanzhou, and promoting meaningful cultural exchange and enduring friendships.
For over three decades, JCI Kinmen has remained deeply rooted in the local community while embracing a global perspective, serving as a dynamic platform for young people to grow, lead, and create positive impact.
